Yes! We've ordered from them eight times in the past year, for dresses and skirts. All have been good quality cotton (knit and woven) and not thin. Any issues have been related to our use of standard sizes instead of supplying measurements.
Their New York City office is on Park Ave in New York City (midtown). Garments are made in Noida, India, outside Delhi. Returns go to a warehouse-like building outside Portland, Oregon, in a company that specializes in returns. Phone calls to their toll-free number are answered by people in Oregon. Emails are handled by their India staff.
I've returned two items. Both were accepted no-questions-asked, even customized items. One wasn't credited swiftly, but one email to the customer support took care of it.
